**Application Support Analyst (Junior)**

**About the Role**:
As a Junior Application Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fixed-income risk engines.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing technical and functional support for market risk and fixed-income products.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating with trading teams and development groups in multiple locations.
- Reporting on production and project status to management.

**Technical Skills**:

- UNIX
- Windows Servers
- SQL
- Kibana
- Elasticsearch
- Autosys
- C#
- API

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience as a support analyst
- Strong understanding of financial markets, especially market risk and fixed-income products
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- CFA Level 1 or higher
- ITIL certification
- Programming experience (Python, Shell)
