Our client is seeking a Program Development and Learning Coordinator to assist their busy team, in a full-time capacity. Read on and if this sounds like you, and submit your resume for immediate consideration

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage virtual and in-person learning, including contract development, and coordinating participant materials
- Coordinate online learning through Learning Management System (LMS), creating educational content and moderate online course delivery
- Contribute to program development by sourcing speakers, researching new topics, and seminars and uploading and maintaining information in the registration and LMS
- Provides marking input on PD programs by generating ideas, sourcing materials, and reviewing promotional content
- Manage venue logistics and on-site execution for professional development events
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Supports the development and implementation of communications for programs and courses
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service when responding to inquires
- Supports management with strategy development to achieve departmental goals

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with LMS and online delivery platforms
- Post-secondary education in Communications or Business would be considered a strong asset
- Proficiency in databases, CRM and analytics software is essential
- Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of building professional relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Strong communication skills, including exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management, organizational and problem solving skills
- Intermediate level proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel and work occasional evening and weekends
