Halifax, Canada Remember When Homecare Full time

We are looking for caregivers to provide all aspects of personal care in client homes and in care facilities. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available.

**Duties may include but are not limited to**:
All Aspects of Personal Care (bathing, washing, dressing)

Meal Preparation

Grocery Shopping/Errands

Light Housekeeping

Companion Care

Medication Reminders

Overnight Care

Live-in Care

Respite Care (for family members or primary caregivers)

Patient Attendant Services for Hospitals/Facilities

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Must have clear Criminal Background Check & Vulnerable Sector Check upon hire
- CPR/First Aid Certification is required within 3 months of hire
- Reliable vehicle required

**Additional Preferences (not required)**:

- Current Nursing and/or CCA students can apply
- Current students enrolled in a healthcare discipline program can apply
- Persons with previous caregiving experience can apply
- Internationally Educated Nurses can apply
- Retired nurses can apply

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

**Job Types**: Casual employment with 12-48 hours per week based on your availability and client schedules

**Schedule**:

- Depending on clients’ schedule preference, shift duration could be a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 12 hours
