**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**: Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure construction progresses according to project plans and timelines.
- **Leadership**: Provide direction and leadership to site crews, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
- **Subcontractor Coordination**: Manage and communicate effectively with subcontractors & contractors to ensure their work aligns with project goals. Resolve any on-site issues or delays.
- **Project Monitoring**: Oversee daily progress and site conditions, track construction schedules, and report project status to senior management.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect all work to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations. Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
- **Safety**: Enforce all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any construction challenges that arise, providing solutions to maintain project flow and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with project management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in all facets of Construction.
- Experience in management of jobsites and tradesmen.
- Experience in Quoting.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
