Job Description
- Manage all aspects of construction site operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Superintendent - Institutional Buildings should have:
- Proven experience in construction management, particularly in institutional ground up new builds in a general contracting environment
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project success.
