The Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator, under the direction of the Supervisor of Inventory and Warehouse Management, will be responsible for making sure all satellite locations have adequate inventory of products, materials, equipment, and supplies. Required to operate efficiently in ways that are aligned to established policies and standards as you will be the central contact for multiple Lakeside Gas warehouse personnel.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

The primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Performs all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management procedures.
- Ensures timely and accurate receipt of product, supporting distribution center productivity, delivery reliability, and safety objectives.
- Process, track, and maintain adequate levels of technician’s uniforms in all areas ensuring quick fulfillment of uniforms.
- Records purchases, maintains database, assist with physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Compiling, reviewing, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Work in alongside with Warehouse, Inventory Control, Corporate Office to meet targets.
- Facilitate any short-term projects, communication relating, but not limited to, the arrival, & departure of materials within one or many distributions facilities.
- Records purchases, maintains database, assist with physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Independently makes decisions and acts accordingly to supply shortages, keeping management informed, and/or makes recommendations based upon analysis of information.
- Regular communication with field staff, supplier, and internal staff to resolve any inventory related issues.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE **REQUIREMENT**
- Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Previous inventory management experience is an asset.
- Highly proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**WORKING AT A LAKESIDE LOCATION**
- Flexibility is key; applicants should be open to working extra hours when the need arises (usually during inventory counts) and willing to work at a fast pace.
- Ability to work well under pressure while working independently or as a team player.
- Noise level in work environment is usually moderate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
