**Accounts Receivable Individual**

**CANDIDATE MUST BE CANADIAN RESIDENT OR CITIZEN, RESIDING IN GREATER MONTEAL.**

A leading e-commerce and wholesale distributor is looking for a manager of the accounts receivable team.

**Responsibilities include**:
Oversee department of 5 employees.

Review and approve credit for customer orders

Prepare credit notes

Follow up on customer claims and disputes

Follow-up overdue customer balances

Reconcile customer accounts

Collection of unpaid invoices

**Qualifications**:
Must have minimum of three years of experience in accounts receivable.

Demonstrated leadership ability.

Able to communicate in English and French is a must.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.

Must be detailed oriented and able to cope with deadlines.

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.

Knowledge with processing of Ecommerce accounts such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and portal use.

Knowledge of SAP Business One an asset.

Salary based on level of experience - starting at $65,000/year.

This is a permanent position.

**Please note that our operations will be moving to H4R 3B2 this year. Successful applicants will be able to commute to the current (H4P 2P2) and forthcoming location.**
