**Job Summary**
Klean Hero is looking for Referral Marketing Agents to help grow our customer base across Winnipeg. This is a **commission-based, independent contractor** role — meaning you work on your own schedule, from anywhere, and earn money for every successful lead or referral you bring in.

As a Referral Agent, your job is simple**:promote our cleaning services**, refer potential clients, and get paid when they sign up. You’ll be given a custom referral guide and marketing materials to help you succeed. Whether you’re active on social media, well-connected in your community, or just looking for a side hustle — this opportunity puts **uncapped earning potential** in your hands.

**Duties**
- Identify and connect with local businesses or individuals who may need commercial or residential cleaning services.
- Promote and represent Klean Hero in a positive, professional manner online and in person.
- Share Klean Hero’s services door to door, social media, phone calls and other creative outreach methods.
- Generate qualified leads and referrals for our sales or cleaning team to follow up on.
- Maintain a record of outreach efforts and leads using simple tracking tools (Google Forms or Sheets).
- Follow up with interested prospects to encourage service sign-ups.
- Understand and communicate the value of Klean Hero's cleaning packages and service quality.
- **Requirements**:

- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Based in **Winnipeg or surrounding area**:

- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable reaching out to businesses or individuals (online or in-person)
- Access to a phone and internet connection
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable and organized with follow-ups and lead tracking
- Basic understanding of social media and online outreach (no experience needed)
- Friendly, professional attitude when representing Klean Hero
- Willing to work on commission-based pay (no base salary)
