**Summary**

We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team at Backwoods Energy Services. This role is essential for supporting project management efforts and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The Project Administrator will play a key role in maintaining organizational efficiency and contributing to our commitment to quality service.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist project managers with administrative tasks related to project planning and execution.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain organized filing systems.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation and collaboration.
- Provide excellent customer service support to internal teams and clients.
- Assist with financial tracking using QuickBooks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is essential.

Pay: $37,135.03-$60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:
