Maxx North America Services Ltd., one of Alberta’s most progressive and innovative full service oil & gas services companies, is looking to hire a motivated, capable, and dynamic Project Administrator to support our Pipeline Maintenance Division. This opportunity represents a compelling career challenge for someone looking to get in on the ground floor with a growing company that has a strong leadership team based in Edmonton. This Office Based role is in Edmonton, Alberta. × **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Assisting the Project Managers with administrative functions and processes. - Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team. - Assisting with analysis of project data and updating progress reports. - Creating and managing LEMs for projects. - Creating and processing purchase orders. - Create and maintain reports addressing all aspects of projects including budget, schedule, and quality. - Recognize which areas of project development need to be addressed to maintain efficiency and cost control. × **Skills and Experience**: - 1 - 3 years of experience in a Project Administration role. - Post-Secondary education (Business Administration Diploma) or similar certification is preferred. - Utilize ERP software to assist in monitoring costs of a project. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude is a MUST.
