**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and finish concrete surfaces, including floors, sidewalks, and driveways.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Install rebar and perform concrete forming as required for structural integrity.
- Operate power tools safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Building formwork and being proficient in other carpentry techniques.
- Utilize hand tools for finishing work, including trowels, floats, and edgers.
- Conduct restoration work on existing concrete structures as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction activities.

**Experience**
- Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment and tools.
- Proficiency in rebar installation, carpentry, masonry, and concrete finishing techniques, 3-5 years in the field experience preferred.
- Familiarity with restoration processes for concrete structures.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing in all weather conditions.

Pay: $29.00-$39.81 per hour
