**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare wood surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and repairing as necessary
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople on construction projects
- Perform restoration work on existing wood products to bring them back to their original condition
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently in the finishing process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
- Assist in cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and other related tasks as needed
- Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor associated with woodworking projects

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or a related field
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics
- Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus
- Knowledge of masonry techniques and concrete forming is beneficial
- Experience with construction painting, caulking, rebar installation, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, or maintenance person tasks is desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during the workday
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
