By The Lake Dental is accepting resumes from professionals, who are looking to take on an active patient facing role. This is a full time opportunity to work within a great team environment.

This is an excellent opportunity if you are:

- An experienced dental assistant looking to take on a front office patient facing role
- An experienced front desk/receptionist who can offer a concierge experience to our patients

If you are an experienced professional, who is excited to work in a quality oriented, patient centered office, then we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments to meet daily production goals
- Submit claims and estimates to insurance companies
- Confirmation for patient appointments
- Preparing and balance day end reports
- Communicate effectively with Doctors and clinical staff

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Efficiently and effectively manage and prioritize workload
- Proficiency working with Dentrix would be considered an asset

**Hours**
- This is a full time position with up to 40 hours per week
- Must be available to work office schedule and two Saturday's per month

**Salary**: Up to $24.00 per hour
