We are looking for an experienced **Gravel Foreman** to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading crews and overseeing all aspects of gravel preparation and related scopes for residential construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate crews for:

- Weeping tile installation
- Delta wrap installation
- Exterior and interior gravel prep for homes
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, builders, and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized job site

**What We Offer**:

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in gravel work and residential prep
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and follow site plans
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
