**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Develop and execute creative menu items while adhering to traditional recipes and techniques.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
- Maintain knowledge of current culinary trends and innovations in cuisine, incorporating new ideas into menu development as appropriate.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience working as a Chef, with a focus on Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Indian culinary traditions, including regional cuisines, spices, and cooking methods.
- Proficiency in preparing a wide range of dishes, with a demonstrated ability to execute recipes with precision and consistency.
- Creativity and innovation in developing new menu items while respecting the authenticity of traditional Indian flavours.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
