Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of Dispatching software is a must (experience of 2 years+)
- Knowledge of **Sage 50** and basic accounting knowledge is preferred
- Schedule pick up/ drop offs with appropriate paper work to both carrier and clients.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable data entries
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update financial records
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

- Proficiently in Dispatch Software/Accounting software (Sage 50 preferred)
- Proven work experience as a Dispatcher/Administrator or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Editor)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.
- Front desk experience with good phone etiquette is preferred

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
