**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Evaluate damaged vehicles to determine necessary repairs and provide accurate estimates according to insurance and OEM guidelines
- Prepare detailed repair orders and communicate findings to customers clearly.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively
- Research mindset to grow with industry and keep us in the forefront of collision repairs
- Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and dealership policies.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Ordering parts for incoming repairs based on various insurance guidelines
- Quality control pertaining to parts
- shipping receiving and organizing parts as per facility guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive repair, insurance and/or the collision repair industry is strongly desired.
- A strong working knowledge of vehicles, systems and components is highly desired.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Strong English skills are a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools relevant to body shop operations.
- Previous experience in a body shop setting is advantageous and will be prioritized in the hiring process
- A growth mindset and an ability to learn and adapt is critical

This position is not limited to gender or age. This position is part of a very fast pasted environment, that requires stamina and the physical ability to get up and down from ground level multiple times a day. This is a physically demanding job that requires the movement of heavy and awkward parts daily. We work in all weather conditions and one must be comfortable adapting to the ever changing environment.

Wage to be determined based on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
