Automotive Refinisher

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare vehicles for painting (sanding, masking, (plastic and liquid mask ),priming
- Mix and match paint colors accurately
- Operate spray booths and refinishing equipment safely
- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and environmental guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an automotive painter/refinisher
- Knowledge of refinishing techniques and materials
- Ability to color match and blend panels
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications
- Collision repair or body shop experience red seal
- Familiarity with waterborne paint systems
- I-CAR or manufacturer certifications (a plus, not required)

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
