**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with our satellite branches throughout the order process, demonstrating a customer-driven focus and commitment to Total Quality Management philosophy.
- Reconcile and maintain various inventories and customer reporting requirements.
- Process, ship, and invoice goods within 24 hours of receipt from satellites.
- Create and complete work orders for all blended products at the satellite location.
- Collaborate with the product team to address pricing concerns.
- Enter and maintain commissions payable for each satellite location.
- Manage D-tables for customer requirements from specific satellites.
- Ensure satellite locations adhere to documented procedures, such as FIFO (First In, First Out) and paper flow.
- Process transfer requests to maintain optimal inventory levels at satellite locations.
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation.
- Bill satellite locations for any missing or lost inventory, as necessary.
- Inform satellites of monthly cut-off dates and semi-annual physical inventories.
- Create and manage satellite data in the Salesforce system.
- Maintain all satellite-related correspondence in Salesforce, including Cases and Tasks.
- Organize and manage BOL (Bill of Lading) files for satellites.
- Establish a strong rapport and relationship with satellite locations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative (2-3 years)
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, with knowledge of the chemical, oil & gas industry being an asset.
- Post-secondary or college diploma
- Proficient math and analytical skills
- Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
- Professional, well-organized, and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, particularly for inventory reconciliation
- Proficient in computer skills, including spreadsheets and ERP systems such as E1 JD Edwards or Oracle
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where quick decisions are required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent data entry skills with emphasis on speed and accuracy
