**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays. This includes cleaning all areas of the back of house.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, in addition to performing inventory counts.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Create content for posting on social media.
- Work sales events as needed (Friday, Salturday, Sunday). This is a requirement.
- Work sample booths as needed, on and off site.
- Prepare in store marketing such as changing price tags, putting up sale signage, and assembling gift bags.
- Open and close store as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales is required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of technology products and ability to sell them effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to climb a step ladder.

Summary
As a Retail Store Associate, you will be a vital part of our team, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. With core skills in POS operations, English proficiency, and retail sales experience, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. Your premium skills in technology sales and product demos will enable you to showcase our products effectively and enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Additionally, your relevant skills in time management and sales techniques will help you meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
