**Pet Concierge**

Be the Reason Pets Love Staying with Us

Petfinity is expanding our team and we're looking for caring, attentive and enthusiastic Pet Concierge Members to join our team. If you're passionate about providing pets with a home away from home and can turn a kennel into a cozy retreat, you're the one we're looking for

**Your Mission**:
Create a clean, safe and loving environment for our guests. Ensure all pets in our care have their nutritional and exercise needs met with a sprinkle of fun Be vigilant and caring, treating every pet as if they were your own.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist in the care and supervision of pets in boarding and daycare settings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks, such as moving pet supplies and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including feeding, medicating, grooming, and exercising pets as needed.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' needs and activities.

**Qualifications**:
1 year of professional pet care experience is preferred. Knowledge of dog behavior & body language is a strong asset.

Physical ability to handle pets of all sizes and keep up with the demands of a busy boarding facility.

Required availability: Fridays - Mondays (approx. 8 - 24 hours per week). Shifts between the hours of 6:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
