**Pet Concierge**

Be the Reason Pets Love Staying with Us

Petfinity is gearing up for summer and we're looking for caring, attentive and enthusiastic Pet Concierge Members to join our team. If you're passionate about providing pets with a home away from home and can turn a kennel into a cozy retreat, you're the one we're looking for

**Your Mission**:
Create a clean, safe and loving environment for our guests. Ensure all pets in our care have their nutritional and exercise needs met with a sprinkle of fun Be vigilant and caring, treating every pet as if they were your own.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service to pet owners and ensure their needs are met during boarding and daycare visits.
- Assist in the care and handling of pets, including feeding, walking, and administering medications as needed.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks, such as moving pet supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for pets by regularly cleaning and sanitizing areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and pet owners to ensure a seamless experience.

**Qualifications**:
Experience in animal care preferred, whether professional or personal.

Physical ability to handle pets of all sizes and keep up with the demands of a busy boarding facility.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This is a seasonal position for the Christmas & New Years period. Christmas Day availability is required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
