**Responsibilities**:
**Generate Sales Leads**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and generating leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
**Build and Maintain Relationships**: Develop strong relationships with new customers, understanding their pallet needs, challenges, and requirements. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Product Presentation and Demonstration**: Effectively present and demonstrate our pallet products to potential customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions. Tailor presentations to address specific customer needs and requirements.
**Negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations with customers, addressing pricing, terms, and other aspects of the sales agreement. Close sales deals promptly while meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
**Market Analysis and Strategy**: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market analysis and research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential threats. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
**Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with internal teams, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and fulfillment of customer requirements. Communicate effectively with team members, sharing insights, feedback, and updates.
**Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions. Prepare regular sales reports and analyses, providing insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of proven experience in Sales/customer service
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, as well as French
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
