City Centre Property Management is a distinguished and reputable Halifax-based property management company with buildings located in Halifax, Bedford, and Lower Sackville. This position is well suited for an individual who has excellent people and time management skills to run the day-to-day operations of one of our buildings, and someone who thrives in a team environment. We are currently hiring for our Wentworth location.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Always conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner
- Performing ongoing building maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Cleaning all common areas on a daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedule including but not limited to the lobby, elevators, mailroom, and garbage room areas.
- Receive and promptly address residents' concerns.
- Show vacant apartments to prospective residents.
- Meet with new tenants to arrange move-in dates; familiarize tenants with the building.
- Complete unit inspection reports for tenants moving into/out of the building.
- Carry out various administrative duties/paperwork.
- Supervise/assist contractors to complete necessary work/repairs with mínimal disruption to our tenants.
- Follow an on-call schedule on specified evenings and weekend rotations.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
