**The Role** We are currently searching for a **Warehouse Coordinator,** reporting to the Procurement and Inventory Controller. Join us to continue to create a fun and genuine work culture that really feels like your second family **What You’ll Be Doing** - Coordinate daily order processing for internal & external customers - Supervise the administration and tracking of open sales orders for external customers & suppliers - Oversee parts counter sales and service - Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs - Provide timelines on special order items - Manage stock and inventory storage - Monitor inventory levels and report to purchaser as necessary - Forward special-order request to purchaser - Oversee proper classification and storage of all inventories, tag and label merchandise - Investigates and document inventory variances and resolutions - Participates in daily cycle counts & yearly inventory counts - Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items - Ensure a safe and healthy work environment through compliance with health and safety regulations - Organize and sustain a neat workspace - Daily consolidation of products to ensure effective use of warehouse storage space - Active FIFO inventory to ensure older parts are being used first - Organize and track all inbound and outbound shipping and receiving of inventory - Prepare shipping manifests, waybills and bill of lading (BOL) as needed - Ensure receiving and stocking of incoming goods is completed accurately and promptly **Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience** - High School Diploma - College Degree in Supply Chain Studies an asset - Valid Ontario drivers license - 4+ years of warehousing experience, with a focus on inventory management, outbound transportation, procurement - Intermediate knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and ERP systems - Advanced knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with employees, customers, and vendors - Above average organizational and multi-tasking capabilities - Strong training, liaison and team building skills, working well with others in a team environment - Proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met - Meet and exceed company standards, adhering to policies, safety, work habits and attendance - Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages weighing up to 70 lbs - Valid Ontario drivers license - Ability to operate various types of packaging and power equipment (forklift, walkies ) _Training provided_ **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $47,000.00-$60,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - On call - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - warehouse: 4 years (preferred) - Supply chain: 4 years (preferred) - Inventory management: 1 year (preferred) Shift availability:
