**Role**:
We are looking for an experienced and well-versed Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. This person will monitor the different phases of the product development life-cycle and assist the product managers to define the technical requirements of cardiovascular health products, including the integration with the existing healthcare system’s clinical practices and billing processes while staying up to date with the latest trends in the medical industry landscape to secure the competitive position of Myant products. This individual will work cross-functionally with different Myant departments and collaborate closely with the product managers, reporting to the Director of Product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze the workflow of healthcare products as a medical device, specifically for cardiovascular health, to define the technical requirements of the medical products including reimbursement and billing codes.
- Make recommendations for product enhancements and/or updates to identify new business opportunities.
- Define the institutional and administrative requirements for the Myant medical devices to be used and their features being monetized.
- Manage new product introductions and release activities (retail, prescription, over-the-counter,...).
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams in product development activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product development, management, and sales solutions.
- Engage with healthcare practitioners and potential product users to explore market requirements, including administrative.
- Presenting product demonstrations to customers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions
- Maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers and clients

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, administration, or sciences
- 5+ years as a product specialist or similar role, specialized in medical device and cardiovascular health.
- Superb documentation and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Previous experience with managing a health device product preferred
- Familiarity with medical device standards and health regulations preferred
- Familiarity with consumer safety standards for customer devices
- Experience with a startup company is a plus
- Experience in the health insurance industry or private healthcare administration is a plus.
