- **Duties & Responsibilities**_
- PRODUCT MARKETING
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies/plans for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to optimize brand messaging and product positioning.
- Execute effective multi-channel marketing campaigns that involve owned/earned/paid digital platforms as well as the coordination of sales presentations and marketing events.
- CORPORATE MARKETING
- Define effective corporate marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring growth in brand recognition and customer loyalty.
- Develop and implement marketing plans using leading marketing tools and industry best practices.
- Guide the development and enhancement of new and existing marketing tools to better support the company’s marketing initiatives.
- BRAND MANAGEMENT
- Develop and ensure consistent adoption of brand guidelines.
- Maintain and strengthen the brand across all channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
- CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Develop and/or obtain physical and digital content as well as sales and marketing collateral to support product and corporate marketing initiatives.
- EVENT MANAGEMENT
- Plan and coordinate marketing events to support product and corporate marketing initiatives.
- PUBLIC RELATIONS
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to facilitate the execution of marketing plans and to achieve win-win collaborations.
- BUDGET MANAGEMENT
- Develop KPIs and monitor performance of marketing initiatives.
- Manage budget and adjust marketing spend to optimize results.
- OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
- Perform other duties as required.
- **Skills & Requirements**_
- Degree in Marketing or related field of study is preferred.
- Good command of MS Office; experience in inventory management software is a plus;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detailed oriented, has a strong sense of priority along with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
- Self starter, proactive and fast learner;
- Ability to speak both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is an asset.
