**Responsibilities**
- Entering data into the customer request management system (CRM).
- Answering general client questions about service subscriptions, product functionality, and system connectivity.
- Receiving, processing, and coordinating the shipment of client orders.
- Supporting outreach activities and prospecting for new clients.
- Performing any other related tasks necessary for the smooth operation of **SecurMEDIC** activities.

**Requirements**:

- Fully bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in technical support and customer service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong business relationships with clients.

**Employment Type**: Full-time, permanent, in-office presence required.

**Salary**: Up to $22 per hour (45k yearly) according to experience

**Responsabilités**:

- Saisir les données dans le système de gestion des demandes clients (CRM).
- Répondre aux questions générales des clients concernant les abonnements de services, les fonctionnalités des produits et la connectivité des systèmes.
- Recevoir, traiter et coordonner l’expédition des commandes clients.
- Soutenir les activités de sensibilisation et de prospection pour de nouveaux clients.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche liée au bon fonctionnement des activités de SecurMEDIC.

**Exigences**:

- Bilinguisme complet en anglais et en français, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Expérience avérée en support technique et service à la clientèle.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps.
- Capacités solides en résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles pour établir des relations d’affaires solides avec les clients.

**Type d'emploi**: Temps plein, permanent, présence au bureau requise.
**Salaire**: Jusqu’à 22 $ de l’heure (45 000 $ par an) selon l’expérience.
