Customer Service Representative

Toronto, Canada The Iceman Full time

**Work Schedule**:Saturday & Sunday 7 am to 3 pm, Monday & Tuesday 9 am to 5 pm

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with customers on the phone and in person by providing them with the appropriate Iceman product information
- Take and process orders using the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Process payments of customer invoices
- Tactfully resolve customer service issues
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of products, pricing and customer service policies
- Other duties as required including assisting senior sales staff

**Requirements**:

- Customer service experience preferably in an order taking role is required
- Strong proficiency in the use of MS office and ability to quickly learn CRM software (experience using CRM software is an asset)
- Superior customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills including the ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner
- Ability to learn quickly and attention to detail are a must
- Strong ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M6J 1B4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
