Nous recherchons une personne basée à notre siège social à Montréal qui agira à titre de partenaire d'affaires en finance pour soutenir la gestion de divers centres de coûts: - Préparer des analyses et des rapports pour la direction afin de soutenir les décisions commerciales et les initiatives stratégiques - Diriger le processus budgétaire financier des départements - Sur une base mensuelle, produire une analyse des écarts, des prévisions financières, ainsi qu'une analyse des risques et opportunités potentiels pour chaque département - Présenter le budget, l'analyse des écarts et les prévisions à l'équipe de direction - Préparer des écritures de journal et fournir des analyses précises sur demande - Apporter un soutien financier à divers groupes au sein de l'entreprise Qualifications: - 8 à 12 ans d'expérience en analyse financière, de préférence dans un environnement manufacturier / opérationnel - Expérience en budgétisation, analyse des écarts, prévisions mensuelles - Excellentes compétences analytiques, techniques et organisationnelles et capacité à travailler sous pression et en équipe - Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec la haute direction et les collègues de l'entreprise. - Capacité à travailler sous une supervision mínimale tout en respectant les échéanciers. - Responsable de la préparation des écritures de journal et de la fourniture d'analyses précises sur demande. - Apporter un soutien financier aux différents départements de l'entreprise - Bonnes capacités de communication à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques. - Excellente connaissance d'Excel et des macros, et des modèles financiers - Orientée vers le client - Bilinguisme **** Seeking a dynamic environment in which you’ll be continually learning, taking on new challenges and communicating with management and operational teams around the world? We are looking for someone based in our headquarters in Montreal who will act as a Finance Business Partner to support management of various cost centers: - Prepare analysis and reports for management to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. - Lead in the financial budget process of the departments - On a monthly basis, produce variance analysis, financial forecasts, as well as analysis for any potential risks and opportunities for each department - Present the budget, gap analysis and forecasts to the executive team - Prepare journal entries and provide accurate analyses when requested - Provide financial support to various groups within the company Qualifications: - Accounting title or applicant to the profession, an asset - 8 to 12 years experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing / operational environment - Experience in budgeting, gap analysis, monthly forecasting - Excellent analytical, technical, and organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and as part of a team - Ability to effectively communicate with upper management and colleagues across the company. - Ability to work under mínimal supervision while respecting deadlines. - Responsible for preparing journal entries and providing accurate analysis as requested. - Provide financial support to different departments of the company - Good communication skills at all hierarchical levels. - Excellent knowledge of Excel and macros, and financial models - Customer-oriented - Bilingual LI-CG1 Position Type Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
