To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for an **Accounting **&** Financial Analyst
- HTS **&** CPS (Hardware) **to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Participate in Month-End closing for assigned functional areas (prepare and post journal entries, accruals, etc.);
- Assist the Divisional Director of HTS & CPS in maintaining the accuracy and integrity over inventory for the Hardware business units, in accordance with our accounting policies and internal controls;
- Ensure financial statements integrity and prepare relevant documents for audit reviews;
- Deliver accurate, insightful and timely analysis of financial results with explanation of variances compared against forecasts and budgets;
- Assist in-depth analysis of key drivers and tie results back to drivers proving cause-and-effect relationships;
- Participate in the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives and tools;
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process;
- Support the departments by carrying out various requests and analyses;
- Provide direct support to department heads and their direct reports relating to recurring requests and special projects;
- Cross-train and rotate responsibilities with other finance team members to ensure continuous operations;
- Participate in the long-term plan for improved automation, streamlining of processes and deeper data analytics to generate strategic insights.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Major in Accounting or Finance;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience focusing on financial accounting close, appropriate standards and financial analysis (experience with manufacturing companies an asset);
- Must be able to address multiple issues in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, requiring effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior management and build partnerships with key business stakeholders;
- A strong work ethic and flexibility to meet dynamic business needs;
- Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems; knowledge of SAP Business One an asset;
- A sense of autonomy, initiative and responsibility;
- A self-starter, team player that takes initiative to bring issues to resolution.
