We are looking for a IT functional analyst to join our team. As a IT functional analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the system needs of our clients and translating those needs into functional specifications.

**Responsabilites**:

- Managing relationships with clients to understand their system needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Translating needs into detailed functional specifications
- Testing solutions to ensure they meet user needs
- Documenting processes and procedures for future use
- Coordinating deployment activities and assisting with problem resolution
- Participating in follow-up meetings and project reviews to ensure projects are on track
- Identifying opportunities for process and system improvement
- Collaborating as a specialist on feasibility / detailed design of existing solutions

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or technical diploma in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in IT systems functional analysis
- Experience in project management and communicating with clients (an asset)
- Good knowledge of French and English
- Open to an internship
