What You Will Do

Business Needs Analysis & Design
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to data and reporting.
- Translate functional requirements into clear and viable technical specifications.
- Design and develop BI solutions: reports, dashboards, cubes, and data models using SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI.
- Contribute to the modeling of data warehouses and data marts.

Development & Integration
- Perform ETL/ELT development for data integration and transformation.
- Conduct functional testing, validate data quality and accuracy, and ensure reliable deliverables.
- Governance, Management & Security
- Contribute to data governance and the evolution of the BI platform.
- Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards.
- Participate in the management of BI environments (installation, configuration, migration, updates).
- Monitor and administer BI solution performance in production.

Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze and improve the quality and performance of processes and key indicators.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to data flows or BI environments.
- Optimize data loading, indexing, and query processes.

Support, Training & Documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to ensure the relevance of BI solutions.
- Provide technical and functional support to users and assist in the adoption of BI tools.
- Deliver basic training when required.
- Write and maintain technical documentation (ETL processes, data dictionary, architecture).

What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of BI concepts, data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with SAP environments (S/4HANA) is an asset.
- Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in French and English.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Autonomy and ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a BI Functional Analyst, with proven expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI.
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud, with advanced skills in DAX or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of relational and multidimensional databases, as well as data models (Star Schema).
- Strong understanding of security management and data governance.
