**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Within a multidisciplinary team of solution architects, analyst and developers, lead analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of system components
- Develop design proposals to satisfy business needs as expressed by the users/customers
- Evaluate the impact of proposed changed on the multiple groups of Salesforce users
- Defined innovative solutions to improve usage of Salesforce and support business requirements.
- Translate Business Requirements into clear System Specifications for the developers
- Lead business workshops to define processes and system enhancements
- Participate in the technical planning and execution of IT projects
- Design test strategy and test plans based upon requirements and participate in their execution
- Work in close collaboration with suppliers / partners to resolve issues of a complex nature
- Provide support to recurring critical business processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal practices

**Job Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and an ability to understand current implementations
- Good understanding of the sales process
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or specialized training/certification. Or equivalent work experience
- More than three years of experience as a Salesforce functional analyst
- Proven problem-solving abilities, who can communicate concisely
- Ability to take a global view, understand processes and effectively drive project deliverables
- Team player who builds relationships with users and IT professionals from other teams /functions
- Bilingualism in both French and English is required

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $30.00-$70.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St-Laurent, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Salesforce: 5 years (preferred)
- Functional Analyst: 5 years (preferred)
- French: 4 years (preferred)
