The position reports to the VP of Sales and Business Development.

**Responsibilities**

Daily management of marketing related activities
- Assist Upper Management with the ongoing development and implementation of the Company’s Marketing strategy, including digital and print marketing and events
- Participate in decision making related to marketing objectives and budget planning
- Create marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, newsletters, case studies)
- Collaborate with web designers to update corporate website with new content and optimization strategies
- Maintain the corporate web site with up-to-date with product, services and relevant industry content
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Large scale media marketing planning and execution
- Organize and plan logistics for conferences and trade shows
- Maintain Client contact and lead lists in conjunction with Sales Team
- Liaise with sales team and product suppliers to provide marketing support as required
- Perform data analysis on web traffic, marketing campaign performance and report sales and marketing metrics to VP of Sales and Business Development and Upper Management
- Collaborate and communicate with other team members to ensure optimal business efficiency

**Qualifications**
- Degree or Diploma in related field (Asset)
- Marketing Experience - Advertising/Promotion, Marketing, Research/Data Analysis
- Working knowledge of marketing communications and social media tools
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Content Creation and Copywriting experience (preferred)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
