Our client is hiring a full time Marketing & Sales Supervisor in Burlington
Role Overview
The Marketing & Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth for the company's outsourcing services. This role leads end-to-end marketing initiatives while owning direct sales activities, from prospecting through close and ongoing account management.
The position works closely with Business Owners, CEOs, and CFOs to translate operational and financial challenges into scalable, value-driven outsourcing solutions for medium to large-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and drive qualified inbound and outbound leads using Hubspot.
- Plan, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, from ideation to execution.
- Manage a mix of organic and paid acquisition channels, including content marketing, pay per click (PPC), social media, email campaigns, events, publicity, and lead generation initiatives.
- Produce high-quality, insight-driven content for the website, blog, case studies, and thought leadership pieces that educate prospects and support the sales process.
- Oversee and approve all marketing assets, including website content, brochures, presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.
Budget Management & Performance Analytics
- Prepare, manage, and monitor quarterly and annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI-driven decision-making.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
Qualifications
- Generalist Marketing including but not limited to Digital, Content, Brand, Growth Marketing, Content Creation, Social Media, Email Marketing.
- Hubspot CRM - non negotiable. Our client uses this CRM to track inbound leads.
- Ability to work independently and in a small team setting.
- Content Marketing and Content Creation to drive awareness
- Ability to implement Marketing Strategy and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders and clients whenever necessary.
This role will be in-office in Burlington for the first 6 months with Hybrid Flexibility afterward.
