**About the Clinic**
At the Sports Therapy and Wellness at the Badminton and Racquet Club of Toronto, we are a **tight-knit, boutique team** dedicated to helping athletes of all levels—from recreational players to competitive champions—perform their best. Our **multidisciplinary approach** ensures seamless collaboration with our fitness and therapy departments, creating a **first-class wellness experience** that combines nutrition, injury recovery, and performance optimization.

**The Role**
We are seeking a **qualified Dietitian with additional certification in Sports Nutrition** to join our clinic. You will work with athletes and members to provide **personalized nutrition strategies, performance-focused meal planning, and general wellness guidance**, all within a multidisciplinary, sports-focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive **nutrition assessments** and develop individualized plans for athletes, members and in both the youth and adult populations
- Provide guidance on **sports performance nutrition, injury recovery, and general wellbeing**:

- Collaborate with **RMTs, chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and fitness staff** to support overall health and performance goals
- Educate clients on **meal planning, supplementation, hydration, and recovery nutrition strategies**:

- Maintain accurate **records and follow regulatory requirements** for dietitians in Ontario

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Registered Dietitian in Ontario (**RD**) with additional certification or specialization in **Sports Nutrition**:

- Experience working with **athletes, active youth and adults, or sports teams** preferred
- Strong **communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills**:

- Ability to collaborate in a **multidisciplinary clinic environment**:

- Experience in performance-focused nutrition planning is highly desirable

**Qualifications**
- **Registered Dietitian (RD) license** in Ontario
- Certification in **Sports Nutrition** (e.g., CSSD or equivalent)
- Knowledge of **exercise physiology and athletic performance nutrition**:

- CPR/First Aid certification and background check

**Schedule & Availability**
- Openings currently available on **anyway of the week for in person sessions**

**Notes**:
Commission based pay (starting at 60% of commissions earned on a monthly basis).
