Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne dynamique, confiante, capable d’inspirer son équipe et de transformer de bonnes idées en actions concrètes. Est-ce que ça vous ressemble?
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion de cette succursale en prenant la responsabilité de sa performance globale. Vous vous assurerez que toutes les sphères du magasin soient alignées et atteignent les objectifs visés, tout en offrant une expérience client hors pair.
Vous serez aussi responsable du recrutement et du développement de l’équipe, en créant un milieu de travail où les employé(e)s se sentent reconnu(e)s, inclus(e)s et encouragé(e)s à progresser.
De plus, vous devrez assurer le suivi des tâches administratives nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du magasin : gestion des budgets, suivi des ventes, tenue de registres précis et traitement de la documentation essentielle. Une bonne maîtrise de ces responsabilités assurera l’efficacité opérationnelle et financière de la succursale.
**Responsabilités principales**
- Définir des objectifs et des plans d’action avec l’équipe pour atteindre les cibles financières et opérationnelles
- Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle et inspirer votre équipe à aller au-delà des attentes
- Diriger par l’exemple et instaurer un climat de travail positif
- Encadrer, développer et motiver votre équipe
- Faire preuve de flexibilité et d’adaptabilité, avec un bon sens de l’urgence face aux besoins changeants de l’entreprise
- Établir des horaires de travail efficaces et s’assurer que le magasin dispose du personnel nécessaire
- Veiller à la sécurité et à l’efficacité des opérations de vente et de service
- Gérer l’inventaire à l’aide du système Shopify
- Agir comme ambassadeur ou ambassadrice de la marque, autant en magasin que dans la communauté
**Profil recherché**
- Un sens aigu du style En tant que gestionnaire, vous représentez la marque et devez bien comprendre l’esthétique d’Evry Jewels. Nous voulons que vous inspiriez autant votre équipe que nos clients.
- Capacité à collaborer de façon stratégique avec différents partenaires internes pour atteindre des objectifs communs
- Solides aptitudes en leadership : minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de commerce de détail (ou équivalent), un atout important
- Rigueur et souci constant de la qualité, en visant toujours des résultats qui apportent une valeur ajoutée à l’entreprise
- Disponibilité pour travailler selon un horaire variable au besoin (habituellement 4 jours de semaine + 1 jour de fin de semaine)
