**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Encadrer et accompagner le développement de votre équipe afin de favoriser les ventes et d'assurer une expérience client fluide et mémorable en magasin.
- Soutenir pleinement les opérations quotidiennes du magasin et assister le gérant de magasin dans les tâches de gestion du retail.
- Offrir un service client exceptionnel en développant une connaissance approfondie des produits et en partageant votre expertise avec les clients
- Diriger par l'exemple, en étant une référence et en fournissant des points de vue constructifs constructifs pour aider au développement de l'équipe.
- Aider à l'embauche et à la formation des nouveaux employés sur les politiques du magasin, la connaissance des produits et les techniques de vente efficaces.
- Créer un environnement de travail positif en agissant comme lien entre les clients et les conseillers de vente.
- Responsabilités additionnelles selon les besoins de l'entreprise

**QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCES**
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de vente en magasin ou de service à la clientèle, ou dans le cadre de travail similaire.
- Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans un rôle de gestion en magasin ou dans le cadre de travail de direction équivalent.
- Expérience dans la vente de produits de beauté et de cosmétiques préférée, avec une passion pour l'industrie.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office ou de Google Suite pour la rédaction de rapports, les opérations du magasin et la communication.
- Autonome et proactif, avec la capacité de travailler de manière indépendante et de prendre des initiatives.
- Solides compétences en gestion d'équipe, encadrement et formation pour soutenir le développement et la performance de l'équipe.
- Adaptable et ingénieux, avec la capacité de s'ajuster rapidement aux tendances des produits, aux politiques du magasin et aux besoins de l'entreprise.

La date de début prévue pour ce poste sera à la fin septembre ou au début octobre.

To that end, we aim to provide exceptional in-store shopping experiences for customers in Ontario, and an online portal for consumers across North America. As a growing enterprise, we are looking for like-minded individuals to share their skills and experience with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Coach and guide your team** to drive sales by delivering a seamless and memorable in-store customer experience.
- **Actively support daily store operations** and assist the Store Manager with retail management duties.
- **Deliver exceptional customer service** by developing in-depth product knowledge and sharing expertise with customers.
- **Lead by example,** serving as a role model and providing constructive feedback to support team growth.
- **Assist with hiring and training** new staff on store policies, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
- **Foster a positive work environment,** acting as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
- **Additional responsibilities as required** to support business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a retail or customer service role, or a similar position.
- **At least 1 year of experience** in a retail management role or equivalent leadership position.
- **Beauty and cosmetics sales experience preferred**, with a passion for the industry.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite** for reporting, store operations, and communication.
- **Self-motivated and proactive**, with the ability to work independently and take init
