**Responsibilities**
- In partnership with the Manager, assume the management of activities related to the proper functioning of his store;
- Participate in the achievement of the store’s objectives;
- Ensure quality customer service that meets the company's standards of excellence;
- Train and support the professional development of employees in its store.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail;
- Have achieved significant results;
- Ability to communicate;
- Leadership and ability to motivate and mobilize a sales team;
- Organizational skills, priority management and ability to manage pressure;
- Bilingualism (English, French), an asset.
