- Offer informal peer support and guidance to Veterans interested in mental health or substance use care
- Collaborate with our **multidisciplinary clinical team** to ensure culturally competent, trauma-informed care
- Advocate for the unique needs of Veterans in program development and outreach efforts
**Who You Are**
- A **Canadian Armed Forces Veteran**, RCMP Veteran, or a closely affiliated individual with deep understanding of military culture
- A strong communicator who builds trust easily and speaks from lived experience
- Passionate about **mental health, addiction recovery, and service navigation**:
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a flexible, team-based environment
- Bonus: You have existing relationships with Veteran support services in Alberta or across Canada
**Why Join Us?**
- Be part of a **mission-driven** organization offering **evidence-based** and **holistic care**:
- Work alongside a **multidisciplinary team** of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nurses, and recovery coaches
- Help shape Veteran programming and outreach strategy at Brick House
- Flexible hours and opportunities for growth and development
