- Safely transport guests to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide exceptional guest services throughout their journey.
- Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required.
- Communicate effectively with guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Cell phone and computer knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
