SKILLS REQUIRED:
**Due to our continued expansion, we require an Office Junior for our Richmond Hill location;**

**Provide ongoing day-to-day support to other team members and lawyers;**

**Opening, closing and updating files;**

**Various administrative tasks including photocopying/faxing/scanning etc.**

**Processing incoming/outgoing calls, mail and couriers;**

**Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel DocuSign, Zoom;**

**Strong verbal and written communication skills;**

**Outstanding command of English Language;**

**Exceptional attention to detail;**

**Superior customer/client service skills are essential;**

**Excellent time management skills;**

**Ability to prioritize and multitask,**

**Ability work in fast paced environment under strict deadlines and service levels;**

**Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, but also within a team environment;**

**The firm offers a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere.**

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
**Salary**: $25,000.00-$30,000.00 per year
