360 Mobile Wash is an industry leader in the mobile wash space. Servicing HRM, Truro, New Glasgow, and surrounding areas. With the ambition to expand into other provinces. We specialize in services such as pressure washing, house washing, gutter cleaning, Christmas light hanging, window washing, truck fleet washing, and more. The individual hired will need to reside in or near the HRM area.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**

Our goal as a company is to hire a long-term team member to manage all sales and scheduling activities for the company. Along with this aid in the company's overall growth into other provinces. Building sales teams, and systems for rapid growth. This position is a work-from-home position. You will need your own transportation to complete site visits and complete quotes.

Some of your day-to-day tasks include:

- Hiring, training, and managing door-to-door salespeople.
- Scheduling jobs for production crews.
- Doing quotes over the phone and in person.
- Handling inbound sales leads.
- Collaborating with other team members to help drive sales.
- Placing signs in high-traffic areas.
- Networking with realtors, property maintenance companies, and other business professionals that may need our services.
- Cold calling companies.
- Assisting in production planning.

**Compensation**
The starting salary for this position is $30,000 - $35,000 + commission. This should equate to a yearly starting income of $60,000-$90,000.

- 4% of sales closed.

- Bonus vacation packages for meeting sales goals.
- Cell phone.

**Hours & Work Schedule**
This position is Monday-Friday.
