Automotive Repair Counter Person

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Generate work orders for all sales and service transactions.
- Coordinate work order distribution in shop for Tire Techs and Mechanics.
- Invoice all work orders once complete and process payment.
- Answer incoming sales and service inquires at the front counter and on the telephone, with a strong focus on facilitating the best possible customer service.
- Coordinate all shop activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide manager with assistance in daily operations of the store and shop.
- Complete mechanical repair and tire replacement estimates as required.
- Maintain office and workspace in a clean presentable manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a leadership or coordination position
- Previous experience in retail tire and/or automotive industry an asset
- Computer literate a must
- General mechanical aptitude and tire knowledge
- Strong communication skills (Verbal and written Fluency in English a must)
