**Hours**:40 per week

**Pay**: $25-$30 per hour

We are looking for a communicator who loves working as part of a tight-knit team, is eager to continue learning and is bursting with creative ideas. A risk-taker interested in growing with Formidable.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Crafting and implementing communications strategies
- Copywriting, creating and distributing collaterals for various platforms (website copy, blogs, newsletters, articles, press releases, etc.)
- Social media content creation and community management
- Collecting and analyzing data
- Reporting all account activities to the team

Skills you’ll need to kick ass in this role:

- TONS of marcomms knowledge You will need to be well-versed in all kinds of marketing and communications tactics and execution best practices.
- Superb writing skills. You will be writing lots of communication pieces from marketing copy to long form content, so you have to be confident with your skills.
- Adapt quickly to different tones and styles to align with our client’s brand.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks and projects at once.
- “Resourceful” is your middle name.
- Must be technology and software-versed. Google Workspaces, MS Teams, project management tools, MailChimp, Canva, Adobe products, and various social media management software will be helpful (or at least have the eagerness to learn)

Credentials you’ll need:

- A degree or diploma in communications, public relations, or marketing and 3-5 years of experience in the field.
- Proof of continuing education. We are BIG fans of professional development.
- A desire to come into the office and collaborate with the team We meet in the office 2-3 times a week.
