**This position is located in Edmonton, AB**

**Who we’re looking for**:
Rogers is seeking a **Project Coordinator**to provide intake and administration support to the regional wireline Implementation teams. With a strong focus on an exceptional customer experience, this position is will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and customers.

**What you'll do**:

- Intake: Responsible for Project Initiation to the internal planning team.
- Stakeholder and Planning team support: Ensuring customer and stakeholder requests are followed through from intake inboxes and sent to the project team with appropriate communication. Establish and maintain relationships with team members, sponsors, stakeholders, and vendors as required.
- Data Collection: compiling project information for planning teams
- Invoicing: receiving, tracking, and processing invoices.

**What you bring**:

- Previous Project Coordination experience
- Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Dedication to ownership and self-management.
- The ability to be resourceful at identifying gaps in process flow and customer service, and able to manage projects and initiatives to eliminate those obstacles.
