Care Coordinator

**Job Summary**
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Personal Support Workers helping seniors with Activities of Daily Living by coordinating patient care activities and administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule PSW shifts and follow-ups
- Interact with client family members on schedule changes and client status
- Recruit PSW's
- Billing and Payroll
- Be available outside of regular working hours for patient and PSW calls.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in software tools
- Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and office staff
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in office operations
- Experience working in a highly service oriented environment
- Detail orientation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with case management and payroll systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.88-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 17.5 per week

- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
