Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Web & Marketing Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's website to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. You will also be responsible for posting to our socials, sending newsletters, and other marketing initiatives.

We have the world's largest selection of golf simulator systems and components. We are a wholly Canadian owned company that has been in business for over 16 years with our head office, warehouse and demo center located here in Edmonton and international channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly update and maintain website content
- Monitor website performance and traffic metrics
- Research & monitor manufacturer sites, competitor sites, and use updates from our team to implement website changes
- Conduct research to improve website usability and design
- Implement SEO strategies to increase web traffic
- Manage web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Troubleshoot website issues and implement solutions
- Ensure website security measures are up-to-date
- Create, develop and implement campaigns on our website, socials, newsletters, etc.
- Other marketing responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Canva, Affinity or Adobe Creative Suite for web design purposes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Shopify, CSS, HTML5, and other languages for website development
- Experience with E-commerce platforms and online advertising
- Familiarity with web server technologies and content management systems
- Clear, concise, and effective communication both internally and externally - speaking, reading and writing in English.
- Immense pride in work and extremely detailed with great attention to grammar, numbers and process
- Energetic, ambitious, hard-working, and friendly, all with a positive attitude
- Work independently, set priorities, and be willing to go the extra mile

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
