As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our valued clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into impactful digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and performance analysis of these campaigns across various digital channels.
**What You'll Do**:
- Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., SEO specialists, content creators, designers) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insightful recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
- Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.
**What You Bring**:
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a digital marketing role, with demonstrated success in managing client relationships and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for achieving client success.
**Bonus Points For**:
- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
